Smart Visitor Entry and Access Control

All block entrances at St Andrews Court are secured using IPGUARD® Smart Visitor Panels.
Residents can view the front entrance camera feed 24/7/365 directly on their televisions via DTV channel 851, ensuring complete visibility and peace of mind.

Visitors call residents directly on their own communication devices, including smartphones, iPads, tablets, and even fixed telephones.
It’s simple and flexible — residents use what they already have to manage access conveniently and securely.

Seamless Vehicle and Pedestrian Access

The development’s entry system offers intelligent functionality for both cyclists and motorists:

  • Cyclists: The right leaf of the vehicle gate opens automatically when a proximity reader is used.
  • Motorists: Both leaves open using a radio transmitter, all controlled through the IPGUARD® smart system.

Additionally, all storage, rear, bike, bin, and maintenance doors are secured using proximity reader access controlfor enhanced site-wide safety.
